What does Mark need to be aware of?

As in my previous post, I thought I would do another spread instead the Querent is named Mark. So what should Mark be aware of within the next couple of weeks.

Qcl (Lady Laveena) 9cl 5D JOKER 2H QD (Lady Rachel) 6D

5 diamond (hyperactivity) – The recent past is still affecting the present, therefore this is a card of unsettledness.

2 hearts (Union) – Soon to come into the near future or action, thought of the querent, is a positive meeting.

Lady Laveena + 9 Club + 5 Diamond – Lady Laveena is has the 9 diamond sitting next to her, so she maybe feeling distant, or appear to be closed. 5 diamond, which represents unsettledness, has caused a feeling of unsettledness with Mark, as there  will be distance between them. Also insecurity comes to mind

Update: Lady Laveena describes his current partner, she will be going away on a trip, she does have a unsettled feeling about the trip. He was not really keen on her going away, and some travel arrangements that he did not know about caused him some concern.

2 hearts + Lady Rachel + 6 diamond

There looks to be a meeting with a character of Lady Rachel, she is someone described as being materialistic and forthright, she has something on her mind with the 6 diamond sitting behind her, she is feeling hopeful.

Update: His partner (lady Laveena) met with the character of Lady Rachel, who was very beneficial and important in helping her get out of her comfort zone, a mentor. Mark also met with a lady who is a bank manager that will be instrumental in a housing proposition.

No Layout – Who will be Marie’s next boyfriend?

This is a reading I did for a client of mine the other day. I thought that  I would use the No layout, which is my main spread when I read the lenormand. Marie wanted to know if I could describe or give any insight into her next relationship or boyfriend.

The No layout always starts with the cards immediately to the left and right of the key card, so in this case the key card is the black Joker which is the significator card.

6 clubs, so he is someone who is going through some positive transition stage, and looking at moving forward in his life. So changes for the better.

6 spades, he is a hard worker, or work is important to him, he maybe working on a project.

9 heart+7 clubs+A heart+6 club – There was a problem within his domestic situation which has been going on for a long time (9 heart – long timing card) so he has moved from his home.

6 spade+5 spade+Queen diamond+7 diamond – His employment or what he is working on. There is a variety or options that he needs to deal with. He is either working with a few woman (5 spade) or the woman he is dealing with is at a crossroad, but she can be someone who is very physical, negatively someone agressive or abusive.

Update: Marie had informed me, that she knows exactly who this person is. He had gone through a very unsettling and verbally abusive time with his ex-wife. The woman was the abuser in this case.

If I look to the Q hearts first, she is facing the 9 diamonds, which is to do with success, it can also indicate that she in herself is successful, strong person, the 7 hearts can be psychic or creative gift. So she has a strong intuitive or creative talent that she follows her feelings and usually always right.

The 5 spades and 9 spades is that there were some options and choices that she was faced with, but for some reason it was options leading to no where.

The Joker is very significant, so the outcome was an important transformation.

Update: Today I spoke with a woman who is into homeopathy and has a very strong intuitive sense. She said that she always and only ever listens to her feelings, and that it had become stronger after a time when her daughter was very sick, she had seen a few (5 spades) doctors who had all said that she  (daughter)was ok, but her intuition had told her to look for another diagnosis, she eventually had seen someone who had made the correct diagnosis and luckily saved her life, although the late diagnosis had made her permanently damaged hearing. So since that significant event, she has had a strong sense, and it is getting stronger the more she listens to it.

Day at the store

Today was my reading gig at the local metaphysical shop. I usually read with my lenormand deck, which is perfect in itself. I had decided that I would also read with my playing card system, to compliment and see what similliarities the cards would show.

I have to admit, my playing cards did pick up some detail that was more to the point. This 3 card draw 7 spade+3 spade+2 club I had told the client, that something was going to happen at a fast ball pace (3 spades), it could occur literally within hours. It had something to do with someone that she spoke with, like a one on one scenario (2 club) but it was something that was to do with the burdens (7 spade) that she carried, or that it would cause her some discomfort. Anyway I decided to look at what the conversation (2 club) was about. It came up with 9 diamond+7 hearts+2 club+Q hearts I said to her that it was something that was psychic (7 h) or energy, but it would be successful. A lovely caring woman would be the one that you spoke with. I said that I felt like I wanted to pull something out of her stomach. And then I asked her “would you mind if I did some healing work on you?” she was very open. She did feel it moving. She was very grateful. And well, the fastball was literally minutes….and it was me giving her some healing.

So it is a combination that I have noted in my journal.

Seminar

I did a talk today at a local metaphysical shop that I work at, as I did tell them that I had created this system. It went extremely well. I thoroughly got a thrill out of teaching. I actually learn alot, teaching as well. I definitely portrayed the Queen of clubs-Lady Laveena, which funny enough is the card that I assigned to myself.

Participants each had their deck of cards, and did readings for themselves. We put their draw (3 cards) on the board, and they had a go at interpreting them. I only had 3 hours to teach it, although I only had 2 hour allocation. lucky they were flexible with the time, and let me to go on a hour longer.

They had asked me if I would eventually do a workshop, so it is something that I will think about putting together. There is still alot more to develop.

Situation: K spades + 3 hearts  +2 hearts

Advice/information: 6 clubs+ 10 diamonds (Maia)

Outcome: 9 spades

Situation – The king who can also represent a dark man, has a situation that is showing a growing relationship with another.

Advice/information – this is giving the clue that the relationship is with the vivacious Maia. The 6 clubs shows that she was one who had gone through some change or transition, she could of been someone who had the potential to advance.

Outcome – 9 spades is the card of ending, so an ending had come to this situation, and because it does follow Maia, it could suggest that something was unfulfilled.

Update: this reading manifested when I arrived at work, a work colleague, had asked me if I believed in spirits. He by the way is of dark coloring. He said he had been experiencing unusual experiences that he felt a spirit was touching him. I remembered my spread and said it is a female. He said “funny you should say that, because I have been thinking of a female that I had met a few years ago that I was very attracted to. I had heard she had passed away a couple of years ago. She was also in line to become a leader, as her father was a chief. The 9 spades in this instance was talking of Maia as being deceased.

I love it when the cards are able to describe the situation. this is the only way, we can begin to understand how the messages are being portrayed.

My Playing card oracle

Hi everyone,

It’s been a very long time since I have posted on this blog. Playing cards was the first ever oracle that I had a reading with when I was 18 years old. A Gypsy man, and everything he told me had come true.

So my fascination started with him, and on and off through the years I have looked at different playing card systems. They all have some relevance, and truth to them. Although I always thought that they were missing something.

My other interest is in the lenormand cards, and funny enough Marie Anne Adelaide Lenormand, had also started the lenormand oracle on a deck of playing cards. Although her oracle only uses 36 cards. But the system of Sylvie Steinbach had perfected the oracle.

I had recently looked at Ana Cortez system and I liked some of her thoughts. Particularly using the 10,s as the young female element of the court cards. Although the trinity of King/Queen/Jack, to represent father, mother, child. But the jack typically represents a male. And in all things nature has balance. So the introduction of the daughter, using all the 10’s in the deck, added another dimension to it. So I adapted that theory, and created my own playing card oracle. I had also used card meanings that came from the lenormand oracle. And also introduced the 2 Jokers that are also in the deck. It seems a little more perfect for me.

The playing card deck, is so easily accessible, you can buy them anyway, and only for as little as $2. It has lasted throughout the ages, and will be around long after all other games have been forgotten. There is a mystical potency with this deck, it is a solar and lunar calendar. There is so much more to this deck, Richmond Olney, Grandmaster of the Order of the Magi, has written some of the secrets of this little deck.

The interesting thing is that no matter what meanings you put to this deck, readers have given alot of accurate and detailed readings. So I have put together bits and pieces of other oracles, to try and make it as perfect as I can.

Daily draw 7/11/08

2 spades indicates some abrupt changes, to a current situation (6d) Joker in this case is representing myself, so I will be making changes, although with 8 clubs it shows that there will be some frustration with it, and the only thing to do is to give up. This indicates my lenormand draw this morning as well.

I still haven’t been able to find the cards all the same size and same style, but I think having a bit of variety makes things a little more interesting.

Jack Hearts a loving caring individual

10 Clubs this is the official card of the deck, so dealing with instititutes like Govt, legal system, military, bank, a place of authority.

Jack diamonds a young person who is career orientated.

Queen diamonds career orientated, same characteristic as the jack but more mature, definitely female.

In my previous readings you would of seen the Jack hearts/diamonds appear, so we know the character of these people. The Queen diamonds is new, so be good to see how she appears. Obviously I will hear about or from one or more of these people. As you can see the “10 clubs” is standing out, so alot of official business matters involved here.

Most likely what is going on at work. The Queen diamonds seems to be the one may have a bit of influence on this situation.
